CARE: after school care program. Providing your child with a place to play freely.

Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning.

— Fred Rogers

An afternoon child care program. A space for social interaction. Children ages: 3–16 years old.

Promoting neurodiversity and creating a safe inclusive space to grow.

This program is designed:

  • To create a safe space for the children to have developmental required time and opportunities of play experiences.
  • To enhance the child’s social skills and promote interactions with peers.

Parents Consultation Meeting

Breakthru strongly advocates on parents’ involvement in their child’s progress. Through our monthly parent-facilitator consultation, we get to revist previously set goals and assess the child’s progress throughout the month. As well as set new long term and short term goals.

Parents are encouraged to send videos and photos of the child’s challenges at home via WhatsApp / Telegram to their respective facilitator in charge. This ensures that both facilitator and parents have a common understanding of the child’s behavior at home and at the center.

After a month, facilitators and parents will agree on a meeting date to assess the goal progress and marking it based on competency levels. If the goal achieved is completed the parents are eligible to receive a RM100 rebate. New goals will be established and work in progress goals will be reassessed.

Throughout the period your child is with us, we will constantly communicate your child’s progress via WhatsApp or Telegram communication whichever is preferred. Video and photos of the child will be sent.
