【见证】13 年后，他第一次主动开口说话

儿子大约 3 岁时被诊断为自闭症。我们经常从诗巫来吉隆坡为他寻助。他接受过许多专业治疗，包括语言治疗、职能治疗、音乐治疗、心理咨询等。后来我们搬到吉隆坡，因为这里的治疗师比诗巫多。儿子 12 岁时开始有情绪起伏。生气时会“攻击”我们，尤其是女佣：拉头发、捏、抓。我母亲后来告诉我们 Breakthru Enrichment Station（BEST Centre）。起初我很犹豫，因为离家很远。去年 8 月，我终于去了解。当时 14 岁的儿子先参加下午的烹饪课。一个月内，他就能参与完整的 Learning Breakthru 与在家教育指导课程。六个月内，他开始吃蔬菜和其他食物/水果，而不再只吃油炸的东西。他变得更平静，也少了很多怒气。我们看到他令人惊喜的改变。在新加坡读书的女儿也发现弟弟进步很多。他第一次主动跟她说话，在想请她示范 iPhone 上的钢琴小游戏时问：“怎么玩？”另一次是看到新车时问：“新车？”他甚至能记住车牌号码。他也常说：“我要玩电脑游戏。” 我们非常欣喜，他正在努力与我们沟通。我们很高兴找到 BEST Centre。每天从 Sri Kembangan 到 Setapak 的 Danau Kota 上课，这段路程非常值得。在此，我们衷心感谢 Phoebe Long 老师与所有老师，感谢你们在 BEST Centre 尽心的教学与学习课程。愿上帝祝福你们。 Chiew 先生与太太
