1. Introduction
This Referral Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Breakthru Enrichment Station (“Centre”) and the referring parent (“Referrer”). By participating in the referral program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Referral Program Details
- You will receive a referral fee of MYR 600 for each successful enrollment of a new child referred to the Centre.
- The referral fee will be paid in three monthly installments of MYR 200 each.
- The referred child must remain enrolled and be a current student at Breakthru Enrichment Station for you to receive the full referral fee.
- If the referred child discontinues their enrollment, the referral fee payments will cease immediately.
- After signing up as a Referrer, you will be given a unique Referrer Code. This code must be submitted during the enrollment process of the referred child.
- The referral fee is subject to seasonal adjustments and may change without prior notice. The Centre reserves the right to modify the referral fee based on various factors, including but not limited to, promotional periods, enrollment rates, and program changes.
3. Eligibility
- You must be a parent or guardian of a current student enrolled at Breakthru Enrichment Station.
- The referred child must be a new student who has not previously been enrolled at Breakthru Enrichment Station.
4. Payment Terms
- The first installment of the referral fee will be paid one month after the referred child’s enrollment.
- Subsequent installments will be paid monthly, provided the referred child remains enrolled.
- Payments will be made via bank transfer to your designated account.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
- Termination of the Agreement will not affect any referral fees earned prior to termination, provided the referred child remains enrolled.
6. Confidentiality
- You agree to keep all information regarding the referral program confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the Centre’s prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
